Terms & Conditions

• Items in stock ship within 3-5 business days from date of order.  The delivery method will add to this time to reach you.
• Made to order items may take 3-6 weeks to be made and shipped.
• We ship to locations in the lower 48 states.  If you want shipping to other locations, please inquire about options and added handling fees.
• Expedited or special shipping needs will incur additional costs.    Let us know what you need and will will try to accommodate.

No returns and no refunds,

        Except as noted below:

1. Items that are damaged during shipping. (see damaged good below). 
2. If the seller sent an incorrect item on an order, the seller will pay the cost of returning the item to the seller and ship you the correct item.  You will need to package the items being returned in the same manor and box item arrived in.

• We want you to enjoy the items you have purchased from us.  If an item is damaged in shipping, we will work with you to get it replaced.   You will need to provide pictures of the damaged item and the damaged shipping container within 5 days of delivery.    A claim many need to opened with shipper/delivery company for damaged items. Items damaged after the shipment is drop off at your location are your responsibility.

• If you wish to exchange an item you previously ordered from us,  It must be done within 5 days of your receiving the original item from us and still be in 100% new condition.  You must contact us via this website to initiate any exchange.  No exchanges will be accepted without a pre approved RMA number from us.   All costs to exchange the item you have, and have us send you a new one are your responsibility including but not limited to delivery, shipping, packing, fees, taxes, etc,  An additional 20% restocking fee will be applied for all exchanges.  You are responsible for any difference between product costs for the item being exchanged.  Item we are sending you as part of the exchange will not be shipped to you until your original item has arrived to us with approved RMA on the package label and the product condition is verified as new.
